Target: 1 lap of mountain course
Result: 6.3km in 14'39'', altitude difference 65m (measuring with barometric altimeter)
Pulse: max 158, ave 141
Upper hill is pretty tough. Same course as when I cycled on Aug 14th. Running follows right after this.
